MiTAC, a subsidiary of MiTAC Holdings Corporation, announced the launch of its latest agentic AI infrastructure at AMD Advancing AI event on July 23-24, 2026. The showcase includes new liquid-cooled and air-cooled AI servers and next-generation multi-node platforms built on the 6th Gen AMD EPYC Server CPUs. Key products include the M2810Z6 and M2610Z6 systems, the TN85-B8261 AI server with AMD Instinct MI350P GPUs, a 52U high-density AI liquid-cooled rack with up to 96 AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs, and the G8825Z5 Diamond-cooled AI server leveraging Akash Systems' Diamond Cooling technology.
