Morgan Stanley — Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing (MSREI), through investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley — Morgan Stanley Investment Management, acquired a portfolio of five fully leased logistics properties in France totaling approximately 160,000 square meters. The assets are located in Paris, Lille, Bordeaux, Nimes, and Tours. MSREI plans to implement an active asset management strategy and appointed FIRE Asset Management as operating partner. Charles du Breuil, Head of France for MSREI, highlighted the firm's continued focus on high-quality industrial and logistics real estate in France. Financial terms were not disclosed.
