The expansion is expected to modestly boost Groupe SEB's revenue from the U.S. hospitality market, but given the niche nature of the professional culinary segment, the overall market impact is limited. Competitors in the professional kitchen equipment space may face slightly increased competition.
Groupe SEB, a global leader in cookware and small appliances, announced the expansion of its U.S. professional business by integrating hospitality brands WMF and Groupe SEB — HEPP into its SEB Professional Culinary Division through its subsidiary La Brigade de Buyer Inc., effective June 2026. This strategic move aims to strengthen Groupe SEB's presence in the professional hospitality segment, leveraging Groupe SEB — All-Clad's reputation among chefs. The company plans to offer a comprehensive 'Kitchen to Table' solution for chefs, restaurateurs, and foodservice professionals. The integration is supported by a dedicated sales force and a new logistics facility in New Jersey. Groupe SEB — All-Clad will continue its support for the Bocuse d Or Americas competition in July 2026.
