Berkshire Hathaway Inc. completed its acquisition of Taylor Morrison for $72.50 per share in cash, with a total equity value of approximately $6.8 billion and enterprise value of $8.5 billion. Taylor Morrison will be led by CEO Sheryl Palmer and will integrate with Berkshire's Berkshire Hathaway — Clayton Properties Group, creating the fourth largest homebuilding operation in the U.S. The combined entity delivered nearly 23,000 home closings in 2025, operates in 21 states and 52 markets, and serves over 700 communities.
