Mobix Labs acquires Vision Aerial

Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Vision Aerial, Inc., a U.S.-based drone manufacturer, for approximately $15 million in cash and stock. The acquisition accelerates Mobix Labs' National Security Matters Initiative and expands its portfolio into secure drones, autonomous aerial systems, and aerial intelligence for national security, critical infrastructure, energy, and public safety markets. Vision Aerial's customers include the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and other government agencies. The transaction is expected to close in the current quarter, subject to customary conditions including shareholder approval. Mobix Labs plans to retain Vision Aerial's key leadership and U.S.-based manufacturing operations in Montana.
