Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, LLC, LLC announced that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Microvast, Inc. and certain of its officers for alleged violations of federal securities laws. The lawsuit, filed on behalf of investors who purchased Microvast securities between April 1, 2025 and March 16, 2026, claims that Microvast made false and misleading statements regarding its ability to achieve margin targets and complete the Huzhou Phase 3.2 expansion by the end of 2025, due to inventory management issues and delays in commercial vehicle rollouts by customers. Investors have until September 21, 2026 to request lead plaintiff appointment.
