Marinova fucoidan trial for BPH

Australian biotechnology company Marinov announced positive results from a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial evaluating the effects of its high purity fucoidan supplement on men with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The 90-day study involving 88 men aged 45-80 showed clinically significant improvements in BPH symptoms, including a more than nine-fold improvement in voiding symptoms and a two-fold improvement in storage symptoms, as well as improved quality of life. The findings were published in the journal Research and Reports in Urology. Marinov specializes in research, development, and manufacture of high purity fucoidans for nutritional, medical device, skincare, and pharmaceutical applications.
