AG&P Industrial breaks ground on Batangas yard

AG&P Industrial (Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company of Manila, Inc.) officially broke ground on July 24, 2026, on a new 85-hectare module fabrication yard in Philippines — San Pascual, Batangas, Philippines. The facility will have an annual fabrication capacity of 80,000 metric tons and is designed to serve global demand across energy (LNG, petroleum, clean and renewable fuels), power, refining, chemicals, digital and industrial infrastructure sectors. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by AG&P Industrial's senior leadership, including President and CEO Alex Gamboa and Managing Director Anupam Ahuja, along with local government officials. The new yard will replace the company's existing Batangas Heavy Fabrication Yard in Philippines — Bauan, which has been in operation for over 40 years. Construction is expected to commence soon, with fabrication readiness targeted for late Q4 2026 and quayside operations by Q4 2027. The facility will leverage AG&P Industrial's proprietary Modstruction execution system to reduce costs and accelerate delivery schedules.
