The International — Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has recommended to President Cyril Ramaphosa that Eastern Cape Judge President Selby Mbenenge be suspended pending impeachment proceedings over sexual harassment allegations. The JSC overturned a tribunal finding of lesser misconduct, upgrading it to gross misconduct. Mbenenge is challenging the decision in court.
