Dimension Data SPV Limited Limited completed the signing ceremony for the issuance of N4.05 billion (approximately US$2.9 million) as the first tranche of its N20 billion (US$14.7 million) bond programme. The proceeds will fund the expansion of the company's fibre infrastructure in Nigeria to meet growing demand for digital connectivity. The transaction was led by Pathway Capital Management as Lead Issuing House and Book Runner, with support from advisers including Deloitte, STL, Fidelity Bank, FCMB and FSDH Capital.
