The acquisition is expected to strengthen Stagwell's digital transformation capabilities and its partnership with Adobe, potentially enhancing its competitive position in the marketing technology space. The deal may positively impact Stagwell's stock as it signals growth and strategic expansion, while QStrauss gains access to a larger network and resources.
Stagwell, the global marketing network, announced on July 27, 2026, that it has entered into an agreement to acquire QStrauss Consulting, a Colombia-based Adobe implementation and consulting firm. QStrauss will join Stagwell's Code and Theory Network, expanding its global footprint and deepening its bench of Adobe experts. The acquisition reinforces Code and Theory's relationship with Adobe, which recently announced a three-year co-development agreement to build industry-specific solutions. QStrauss serves leading global brands including Walmart, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, Santander, Grupo Salinas, Oxxo and Bimbo. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal aligns with Code and Theory's broader international expansion, following recent growth in the MENA region through the launch of Maydan Sports and the addition of CreateMe.
