French telecoms operator Orange and infrastructure investor Morrison announced plans to create a 50-50 data centre joint venture in France. The venture targets 400 megawatts of capacity, nearly ten times Orange's current level, backed by a €3 billion investment programme. The transaction is expected to be signed by end of 2026 and completed in Q1 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
