StorageVault Canada Inc. announced on July 28, 2026 that it has agreed to acquire four self storage properties in Ontario for an aggregate purchase price of $81.55 million. Three properties worth $71.25 million will be acquired through a newly formed joint venture with Canada — Woodbourne, in which StorageVault holds a 25% interest and Canada — Woodbourne holds 75%. The fourth property for $10.3 million will be wholly owned by StorageVault. StorageVault's total share is $28.112 million, to be paid with funds on hand and mortgage financing. The acquisitions are expected to close before the end of Q3 2026. Including these, StorageVault has announced $153 million in acquisitions in fiscal 2026 and will operate 273 locations across Canada upon completion.
