A Delhi fast-track court took cognisance of the CBI's chargesheet against 13 accused in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) 2026 paper leak case. The CBI invoked charges including criminal conspiracy, cheating, criminal breach of trust, destruction of evidence under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, criminal misconduct under the Prevention of Corruption Act, and offences under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024.
