Dinto Solar, a Chinese company specializing in heterojunction (HJT) photovoltaic technology, announced on July 29, 2026, that it has completed India — Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Compulsory Registration Scheme (CRS) registration for its full range of HJT solar modules. This registration enables Dinto Solar to sell its modules in India, a rapidly expanding solar market that added approximately 26 GW of new capacity in H1 2026, according to HFS Research. The company also partnered with Greencell Energy, an India-based solar solutions provider, to deploy its G12-132 HJT modules (over 730 Wp) in distributed energy applications, including solar-powered EV charging infrastructure, with a planned capacity of 100 MW. This move aligns with India's increasing focus on module quality and performance standards, particularly in regions like Rajasthan and Gujarat with high irradiance and temperatures.
