Dharampal Satyapal Group (DS Group), an Indian FMCG conglomerate, held its inaugural technology event, ASCEND 2026, from July 27-29 at its headquarters in New Delhi. The three-day event brought together over 5,000 employees, business leaders, industry experts, and technology partners under the theme 'Diversified by Business. United by Technology.' It showcased practical applications of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, Enterprise Applications, RPA, Industry 4.0, and Sustainability Technologies. Leading technology partners including SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, Snowflake, PwC, EY, Deloitte, Grant Thornton Bharat, Bizom, Mitsubishi, PeopleStrong, and o9 Solutions demonstrated solutions aimed at creating measurable business impact. DS Group highlighted its accelerated digital transformation over the past three years, doubling technology investments and expanding its partner ecosystem from nearly 20 to over 50. As it approaches its centenary, the company plans to triple its technology investments to support its goal of becoming a Rs. 20,000 crore enterprise. The event was conducted as a paperless, digital-first initiative, reflecting DS Group's commitment to sustainability and operational efficiency. Santosh K. Singh, Senior Vice President of IT, emphasized that every technology investment is guided by business impact, aiming to build a future-ready enterprise with innovation embedded across all functions.
