Johannes Kongsnes Natland, a 19-year-old Norwegian, was convicted in a London court on July 29, 2026, for conspiracy to murder in a plot linked to the Foxtrot Network, a Swedish organized crime group with ties to Iran. He traveled to the UK in March 2025 to carry out a contract killing for 25,000 euros but was arrested in Huddersfield with firearms. The target remains unknown. The UK had previously sanctioned Foxtrot Network for violence against Jewish and Israeli targets on behalf of Iran. Natland was recruited by a 17-year-old known as 'Generalen', who was convicted in Norway. A 16-year-old is awaiting trial in Norway.
