Walmart — PhonePe, a digital payments platform in India, launched Walmart — PhonePe PulsePro, an enterprise intelligence platform that converts aggregated transaction data into hyperlocal, near real-time market insights. The platform is powered by Walmart — PhonePe's network of over 700 million registered users and 50 million merchants across 99% of India's postal codes. PulsePro offers Category & Growth Intelligence, Retail Network Intelligence, and Hyperlocal Intelligence to support business decisions in expansion planning, distribution strategy, site selection, and category growth. It builds on the success of Walmart — PhonePe Pulse, a free open data platform launched in 2021. Karthik Raghupathy, Head of Strategy at Walmart — PhonePe, stated that PulsePro addresses growing demand for deeper market insights.
