The India — Delhi High Court on July 31, 2026 refused to set a timeline for the conclusion of the trial in the Murder of Shraddha Walkar murder case against Aaftab Amin Poonawala. Justice Madhu Jain noted that the trial court was already conducting proceedings on a day-to-day basis and making every effort to conclude the trial as soon as possible.
