MiNK Therapeutics, a Hong Kong-listed biotechnology company, announced an exclusive licensing agreement with Pharmanovia, a global specialty pharmaceutical company. Under the agreement, IMPACT grants Pharmanovia exclusive rights to manufacture, develop, and commercialize senaparib, a PARP1/2 inhibitor for maintenance treatment of advanced ovarian cancer, in 66 countries across European Union — Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. IMPACT is eligible to receive up to EUR423.5 million in upfront, milestone, and commercial payments, plus tiered royalties up to the mid-twenties percent on net sales. The deal expands senaparib's global reach beyond China, where it was approved in January 2025 and included in the National Reimbursement Drug List in December 2025. The European Union — European Medicines Agency accepted the Marketing Authorisation Application in August 2025, with approval expected in the second half of 2026. This partnership marks IMPACT's first step in bringing its treatment to patients outside China.
