United Arab Emirates — Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) and global autonomous vehicle technology company Oxa have launched a joint venture named SHIFFT to develop and deploy autonomous logistics solutions. The venture, operating under United Arab Emirates — Dubai's Research, Development and Innovation (RDI) Ecosystem, aims to integrate autonomous driving technologies into a fully integrated logistics platform, focusing initially on ports and airports. The partners target the first commercial deployment in United Arab Emirates — Dubai before the end of 2027.
