The acquisition combines AutoRek's enterprise control capabilities with Grath's AI innovation, offering customers a single partner covering the full reconciliation lifecycle. The combined portfolio provides three deployment options: AutoRek's Enterprise Private Cloud, Grath's multi-tenant SaaS platform, and Grath's embedded AI infrastructure, Topa. The deal also expands AutoRek's global presence, adding Grath's US and UAE client bases to its footprint, following the opening of AutoRek's Miami office and senior sales hires.
