Kidz AI Inc. Inc., an education technology company expanding into AI infrastructure, announced on August 3, 2026 that it signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Limestone Networks, Inc. to deploy its AI computing infrastructure at Limestone's DFW3 data center in Dallas, Texas. The deployment is intended to support a dedicated Nvidia Blackwell B300 GPU cluster under Kidz AI Inc.'s previously announced 60-month, $44.6 million GPU compute services agreement with Canopy Wave, Inc. The MOU is the first data center step in Kidz AI Inc.'s demand-led, inference-focused neocloud strategy. The parties are evaluating a dedicated data hall of approximately 1.125 MW, with initial deployment of 0.5 to 0.6 MW, or an alternative two-hall configuration. The GPU cluster will be ordered and deployed by Kidz AI Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Catalyst Compute LLC. The MOU is non-binding, and a definitive colocation agreement is subject to final technical design, cost confirmation, and negotiation.
