The listing of NILA on a licensed U.S. exchange increases accessibility and legitimacy for the token, potentially boosting demand and investor confidence. The upcoming MindChain launch could further enhance the token's utility and value, positively impacting MindWave Innovations and its parent Apimeds Pharmaceuticals.
Apimeds Pharmaceuticals US, Inc. — MindWave Innovations Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Apimeds Pharmaceuticals US, Inc. (NYSE American: APUS), announced that its NILA token is now available to eligible U.S. users on Webot, a licensed U.S. cryptocurrency exchange. This marks the first time eligible U.S. users can access NILA on a licensed American platform. Webot, formerly Pionex US, is registered as a Money Services Business with United States — Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and holds Money Transmitter Licenses in 48 U.S. states. The listing is a precursor to the planned launch of MindChain, an insured Layer 2 network built on Ethereum, expected to go live in October 2026. Once MindChain launches, NILA will migrate to its own network, where it will be used for fees, staking, and network security. The company also plans to open a test network and undergo external security review before the mainnet launch. CEO Dr. Vin Menon called this the biggest step forward in MindWave's history.
