Jingxing HK and Cainiao Sign Global Cooperation Agreement

On August 3, 2026, Jingxing Storage Equipment Engineering (H.K.) Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of KLA-iBotics Holdings Limited and the logistics technology division of Reitar Logtech Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: RITR), announced the formal signing of a Global Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Alibaba Group — Cainiao Group. The partnership aims to accelerate the deployment and scaled adoption of smart warehousing and automated logistics solutions across global markets. Under the agreement, Jingxing HK will participate in several key European projects, with priority deployments in Spain and the Netherlands set to commence imminently. Jingxing HK holds preferential rights to collaborate with Alibaba Group — Cainiao on European projects and will also have preferential cooperation rights as Alibaba Group — Cainiao expands into Germany and other overseas markets. The two parties will establish joint project teams and collaborate across the full project lifecycle, from solution planning and design integration to on-site installation and delivery. They also plan joint investment in technology research and development, including research into European racking standards, and will advance proof-of-concept initiatives and solution integration work. The collaboration extends to market development in Europe and North America, with a model of mutual empowerment for complementary resource sharing and co-development of new market opportunities.
