Zenity, an AI security and governance platform for enterprise AI agents, announced a $125 million Series C funding round led by Live Oak Venture Partners. New investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, Hitachi — Hitachi Ventures, and LG Technology Ventures joined, with existing investors Vertex Ventures, Third Point, Digital Transmission Content Protection, and Intel — Intel Capital also participating. The funding will accelerate global expansion, platform innovation, and meet growing enterprise demand for AI agent security. Zenity's platform provides a security layer that interprets agent intent and allows, modifies, or blocks actions before execution, supporting agents built on major frameworks including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude, Codex, Cursor, and custom systems on AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Foundry, and Alphabet Inc. Vertex AI. The company counts many Fortune 500 and Global 2000 firms among its customers, including SoftBank Group, and reports tripled revenue in each of the past two years, on track to triple again in 2026. Zenity Labs has disclosed vulnerabilities such as AgentFlayer, a zero-click attack class, and issues in Microsoft Copilot Studio and Perplexity's Comet browser. The company employs over 230 people, with R&D in Tel Aviv and go-to-market operations in New York, and plans to expand in Europe and Asia Pacific.
