NEET paper leak court hearing

The designated fast-track court in Delhi, now presided over by Special Judge Ajay Gupta, sought the United States — Federal Bureau of Investigation's response on the maintainability of a plea by three accused - Mangilal Biwal, Dinesh Biwal, and Vikas Biwal - to voluntarily undergo lie detector and brain mapping tests. The court deferred bail pleas and cognisance proceedings to August 6. The CBI has chargesheeted 13 accused in the NEET-UG paper leak case. The India — National Testing Agency cancelled the exam on May 12 and re-conducted it on June 21. Judge Gupta replaced Judge Anu Grover Baliga, who was transferred to an NIA court. The fast-track court was established following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's announcement.
