Mondelēz International — Cadbury Nigeria Plc announced the resignation of Adedotun Sulaiman as Chairman and the appointment of Doyin Salami as his successor, effective August 3, 2026. The board also appointed Uwa Osa-Oboh as an Independent Non-Executive Director. The changes were disclosed in a regulatory filing to the Nigerian Exchange Limited. Sulaiman had served on the board since 2009 and as Chairman since 2020. Salami, an economist and former presidential adviser, joined the board in March 2026. Osa-Oboh is Head of Corporate Development at Capital Alliance Nigeria. Managing Director Ayman Fahmy praised Sulaiman's contributions and welcomed the new appointments.
