The ranking may enhance the employer brand perception of the listed companies, potentially aiding talent acquisition and retention in India's competitive job market. It also signals shifting workforce expectations that could influence corporate HR strategies and costs.
Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2026 ranked Alphabet Inc. as India's most attractive employer brand, followed by Tata Group and Amazon (company). The survey, based on nearly 3,500 respondents in India and over 175,000 globally across 34 markets, found that 46% of Indian professionals plan to change jobs in the next six months, while 32% switched employers in the past six months. Work-life balance, equal opportunities, career progression, salary and benefits, and reputation are the core drivers of employer attractiveness. The report highlights the rise of the 'balanced employer' and notes that digital talent prioritizes competitive salary over work-life balance and is more likely to leave due to limited career growth. Hybrid work remains dominant, with 42% of respondents working in a hybrid setup.
