The launch is a strategic move by Ruanyun Edai to capitalize on the growing AIGC market and position itself in the education-to-industry pipeline. While the immediate financial impact is limited, the program could enhance the company's growth prospects and brand recognition in the AI education sector.
On August 5, 2026, Ruanyun Edai Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: RYET), an AI-driven education technology company, announced the official launch of the YeeZo University AI Content Training Program. The program is designed to connect university talent with skills, workflows, and production disciplines around AI-generated content (AIGC). It builds on the YeeZo workflow and orchestration platform introduced in May 2026. The launch is set against China's reported 48.73 million higher-education learners, 602 million generative-AI users, and a RMB 1.29 trillion online-audiovisual market. The program aims to move AIGC training from tool demonstrations into production environments, helping students build portfolios and team experience. CEO Maggie Fu emphasized the need for storytellers, editors, producers, and entrepreneurs who can use AI in disciplined workflows. The strategy includes universities as talent engines, classrooms as production environments, students as builders, and campuses as industry nodes. Ruanyun Edai also plans to transition toward the Formind Group identity, subject to shareholder approval.
