Senate obtains Fauci's iPhone

The transfer, confirmed by Fox News Digital and first reported by The Wall Street Journal, comes as the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee prepares to vote on whether to hold Fauci in contempt of Congress. The vote follows Fauci's testimony last week where he invoked the Fifth Amendment over 100 times. The committee also received over 1,000 pages of Fauci's personal diary from HHS. Sen. Rand Paul, who subpoenaed Fauci, has vowed consequences and questioned whether a presidential pardon from Joe Biden would protect him. The investigation focuses on Fauci's role in funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China, and the origins of COVID-19.
