The funding signals continued investor confidence in AI-native software startups, potentially boosting valuations in the sector. It may also pressure legacy SaaS companies to adapt to AI-driven efficiency or face disruption.
Inevitable AI Group (IAIG), an AI-native venture studio founded by Nimrod Lehavi and Ofer Bar-Or, announced a $6 million pre-seed funding round led by Aleph (venture capital firm). The company builds and launches AI-native software businesses, leveraging AI to enable small teams to develop and scale products rapidly. Since January, IAIG has launched five ventures and plans to launch dozens more by year-end. The funding will support expansion into additional software categories and growth of its founder network. Aleph (venture capital firm)'s Eden Shochat expressed confidence in IAIG's approach, noting that AI is reinventing SaaS. Lehavi previously sold SimpleX Chat to Nuvei for $250-300 million.
