The transaction, which began with a definitive agreement in December 2024 to acquire an 80% controlling stake, has now been finalized with the purchase of the remaining 20%, making TNQ Technologies a wholly owned subsidiary. The combined entity aims to become one of the world's largest providers of scholarly publishing solutions, leveraging TNQ Technologies's AI-enabled technology and Lumina Datamatics' global scale and customer relationships.
