Canada Nickel Company Inc. announced additional exploration drilling results from its 100% owned Reid Nickel Sulphide Project near Timmins, Canada — Ontario. The results include the highest grade intervals to date, with 1.01% nickel over 4.5 metres within 0.54% nickel over 43.5 metres within an overall 0.29% nickel over 576.6 metres in hole REI26-92A. The company is completing a 9-hole drill program to infill previous sections and upgrade resource categories. The current Reid resource, published January 12, 2026, contains an indicated resource of 0.87 billion tonnes grading 0.23% nickel and an inferred resource of 1.45 billion tonnes grading 0.22% nickel. Additionally, Canada Nickel entered into an amending agreement with vendors to clarify terms of a property acquisition in the Cochrane District, paying $2,400 cash and issuing 60,000 common shares, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, with vendors retaining a 1.5% net smelter return royalty.
