Amaroq commences Minturn scout drilling

On 7 August 2026, Amaroq Ltd. announced the commencement of a scout diamond drilling programme at the Minturn iron-copper-gold prospect in Inglefield Land, Northwest Denmark — Greenland. The programme is the first direct test of the mineralised system at depth, following 2025 surface sampling that returned iron grades up to 69.5% Fe. Drilling will assess depth continuity and geometry of the high-grade iron mineralisation and test potential copper-gold mineralisation associated with a parallel electromagnetic and geochemical anomaly. Minturn is centred on what Amaroq believes to be Denmark — Greenland's strongest regional magnetic anomaly, with a coherent approximately 9km magnetic target within a broader 80km mineralised corridor. The programme has been streamlined, with planned ground geophysical surveys deferred, to prioritise direct drill testing given logistical challenges in Northwest Denmark — Greenland. The prospect is held within Amaroq's strategic joint venture company, Gardaq A/S. The programme represents an important step in Amaroq's expansion into North Denmark — Greenland and building operating knowledge for large-scale mineral systems across Denmark — Greenland.
