The agreement signals growth for both companies, potentially boosting investor sentiment for Suntex and Lelantos as they expand their development pipeline. However, the estimated program value is modest and subject to execution risks, limiting immediate market impact.
Suntex Enterprises, Inc. (OTC:SNTX) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, JA Development & Construction, has executed a definitive Construction Management Agreement with Airtopia Group Inc. (OTC:LNTO), the parent of AirTopia Adventure Parks. The agreement establishes JA Development as Airtopia's construction management and general contracting partner, with initial projects in Mexico and United States — Bedford, Texas. The parties anticipate 8 to 14 additional Airtopia locations over the next 18 months, representing an estimated development program value of $60 million to $84 million. Each project will be governed by separate Work Orders, and Suntex may utilize additional subsidiaries such as Deep South Electrical Contractors and Golden Era Development. Executives Javier Leal of Suntex and Felix Waller of Lelantos Holdings both emphasized the milestone and disciplined growth.
