Five Indian companies are set to launch their initial public offerings (IPOs) next week, collectively aiming to raise around Rs 7,443 crore. The IPOs include Dhoot Transmission — Dhoot Transmission UK (auto components), Molbio Diagnostics (point-of-care diagnostics), Milky Mist Dairy Food (dairy products), Shiprocket (e-commerce enablement), and Behari Lal Engineering (engineering castings and alloy steel). The offerings will open between August 10 and August 12, 2026. Proceeds will be used for business expansion, capital expenditure, debt repayment, and corporate purposes. The IPO of Milky Mist is set to be the largest by an Indian dairy company. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) has invested Rs 20 crore as an anchor investor in Molbio Diagnostics, marking its return to India's mainboard IPO market after five years. Several institutional investors have also acquired shares in Molbio through secondary transactions. With these five issues, the number of companies launching IPOs in India this year will rise to 47. The primary market is expected to remain active with more IPOs in the pipeline.
