On August 11, 2026, Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty announced the launch of Trump Towers India — Hyderabad, a luxury residential project in Kokapet, India — Hyderabad, India. This marks the first Trump-branded real estate development in South India and the eighth in India. The project comprises two 65-storey towers rising approximately 800 feet, connected by a suspended sky bridge at the 28th floor, which will house the Trump Club. It will feature over 450 residences, including 3.5-BHK and 4-BHK homes, double-height simplex residences, and 16 penthouses. The total investment is about Rs 2,000 crore, with potential sales realisation estimated at Rs 3,500-4,200 crore. The project has received RERA registration and expressions of interest are open. Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, endorsed the project, highlighting India's luxury real estate market. Rajesh Mehta, Founder of Tribeca Developers, and Narsi Reddy, Founder and Managing Director of Ira Realty, also commented on the development. Tribeca Developers is the largest developer of Trump-branded properties globally, with a portfolio valued at over Rs 16,000 crore. The project is expected to be completed in about four years.
