The IPO is expected to attract significant investor interest given the company's market leadership and Blackstone backing, potentially boosting sentiment in the Indian real estate and logistics sectors. The fresh issue will reduce the company's debt burden, improving its balance sheet and financial flexibility.
Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd, India's largest industrial and logistics infrastructure developer, owner and operator, is set to launch its Rs 2,600 crore initial public offering (IPO) on August 17, 2026. The price band has been fixed at Rs 57-60 per share, implying a post-issue market capitalisation of around Rs 17,298 crore at the upper end. The three-day public issue will close on August 19, with anchor investor bidding on August 14. The IPO comprises entirely a fresh issue of equity shares with no offer-for-sale component. Proceeds of Rs 2,250 crore will be used to repay debt, with the remainder for general corporate purposes. The company reported a net loss of Rs 203.6 crore for FY26 on revenue of Rs 691.4 crore, with total borrowings of Rs 6,884.3 crore as of March 31, 2026. Blackstone currently holds an 89% stake, which will be diluted to 75.4% post-issue. The shares are expected to list on BSE and NSE on August 24. The IPO is being managed by Axis Capital Holdings, JM Financial, Si Creva Capital Services, State Bank of India — State Bank of India and 360 One Wam, with KFin Technologies as registrar.
