The funding round signals strong investor confidence in AI-powered software development, potentially boosting valuations across the vibe-coding sector. Loveable's rapid revenue growth and enterprise adoption may pressure traditional software development tools and attract more capital to AI startups.

Swedish vibe-coding startup Loveable announced on August 12, 2026 that it raised $400 million in Series C funding at a $13.3 billion valuation, doubling its valuation from December 2025. The round was co-led by Menlo Ventures and the EQT-managed Scaleup Europe Fund, with participation from new investors including Tencent, Balderton Capital, Carmignac Gestion, Kaszek Ventures, Nokia, 5G Open Innovation Lab, and Regent, as well as returning backers Accel-KKR, Antler, CapitalG, DST Global, Evantic Capital, HubSpot Ventures, and Salesforce. Loveable's annual recurring revenue has nearly tripled from $200 million and is tracking toward $600 million by the end of August. Since its launch in November 2024, users have created over 60 million projects, and Loveable-built apps attract more than 900 million visits per month. The company plans to grow to roughly 450 employees this year, focusing on machine learning, product, infrastructure, and security roles. Loveable aims to expand enterprise integrations, governance controls, and further train its in-house models.
