BAE Systems' FAST Labs organization completed Phase 1 of United States — DARPA's THREADS program, which aims to overcome temperature limitations in high-performance RF electronics using gallium nitride devices. Work is conducted at BAE Systems' Microelectronics Center in Nashua, New Hampshire, a DoW Category 1A Trusted Supplier.
