The IPO saw strong demand, being subscribed 23.97 times by the final day, led by non-institutional investors (53.27 times) and retail investors (23.12 times). The company raised Rs 90.48 crore from anchor investors, including WhiteOak Capital, Bandhan Mutual Fund, and Tata AIA Life Insurance. Proceeds will fund equipment purchases, rooftop solar panels, debt repayment, and general corporate purposes. The company reported FY26 revenue of Rs 546.52 crore and PAT of Rs 64.64 crore. Listing is expected on NSE and BSE on August 19, 2026.
