The event is a promotional campaign by Bybit to increase trading volume and user engagement on its TradFi platform, potentially boosting its market share in the crypto derivatives space. It may also indirectly influence trading activity in the underlying assets, such as tech stocks and commodities, but the overall market impact is expected to be minimal.
Bybit, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, announced the launch of the TradFi Trading Tools Arena, a limited-time promotional event running from August 13 to September 12, 2026. The event offers a combined prize pool of 100,000 USDT across three tracks: a Lucky Draw with 10,000 USDT, an Individual Trading Volume Leaderboard with 30,000 USDT, and a Team Trading Volume Leaderboard with 60,000 USDT. Participants can use Bybit's TradFi Combo bot-trading tool and Copy TradFi copy-trading service to trade CFDs on major technology stocks such as Nvidia, Salesforce, CrowdStrike, Snowflake, Applied Materials, Synopsys, and Broadcom, as well as commodities like gold and oil, forex pairs, and global indices. The event aims to help traders navigate the U.S. earnings season. Bybit TradFi is powered by InfraCapital, a Mauritius FSC licensed entity, and is not available to residents of the European Economic Area.
