On August 14, 2026, Duke–NUS Medical School held its 20th White Coat Ceremony, welcoming 78 students into its Class of 2030. This cohort includes 38 former working professionals from diverse fields such as social services, population health, traditional Chinese medicine, dentistry, and engineering. Women comprise nearly two-thirds of the class, the largest female intake in the school's Doctor of Medicine program. Students will complete clinical education at Singapore — SingHealth institutions and receive an MD jointly conferred by Duke University and the National University of Singapore.
