Lodha Group, a leading Indian real estate firm, announced plans to launch 21 housing projects by March 2027, with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 24,000 crore. The launches include seven new projects across India — Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, India — Pune, and India — Bengaluru, covering 5.9 million sq ft with a revenue potential of Rs 9,850 crore, and new phases in 14 existing projects covering 9.7 million sq ft with a revenue potential of Rs 14,210 crore. The company aims to achieve sales bookings of Rs 24,000 crore for FY27. In Q1 FY27, Lodha Group reported a 4% year-on-year increase in sales bookings to Rs 4,630 crore, and its net profit more than doubled to Rs 1,373.1 crore. The company is targeting 20% annual net profit growth to Rs 4,100 crore in FY27, supported by strong housing demand, project execution, and land monetisation in data centre parks.
