HELM AG, a global chemical company headquartered in Germany, and Parijat Industries (India) Limited, an India-based agrochemical company, announced a multi-faceted strategic collaboration. The partnership spans digital commerce, branded crop protection products, technical manufacturing, and international distribution. Parijat will acquire a retailer-focused digital commerce platform and collaborate with PEAT GmbH's Plantix platform for direct-to-farmer marketing. Parijat and its subsidiary Arinna Lifesciences will secure exclusive rights to use HELM branding in India and plan to launch HELM's Plant Advantage Line. Internationally, Parijat will develop technical manufacturing capabilities for HELM's proprietary molecules and serve as a toll manufacturing partner. The collaboration also opens new geographies for Parijat's products in Americas, Canada, and Southeast Asia through HELM's distribution network. Financial terms were not disclosed.
