The funding round signals continued investor interest in AI-driven wealth management technology, potentially boosting the sector. VastAdvisor's growth may increase competition among fintech platforms targeting advisor client acquisition.
VastAdvisor, an AI-powered organic growth platform for wealth management firms, announced the close of a $1 million SAFE funding round. The round was led by Dani Fava, chief strategy officer at Carson Group, Elton Pereira, senior partner at Woodgate Financial, and Sally George, partner at Convergency Partners. The funds will accelerate VastAdvisor's product roadmap and go-to-market efforts. The company debuted at Future Proof Citywide earlier this year and is expanding across registered investment advisors, broker-dealers, and wealth platforms. VastAdvisor's platform integrates AI-driven audience intelligence, campaign orchestration, compliance automation, and performance optimization. The company also recently made several key leadership hires, including Phil Gale as COO, Eli Gassert as CTO, and Dr. Edoardo Airoldi as acting chief data officer, and named Jeremi Karnell as chief product officer.
