XCMG co-organizes AI Construction Machinery Competition

The 15th China Innovation & Entrepreneurship Competition - 'AI + Construction Machinery' Division opened for registration on August 13, 2026, under the theme 'Green Intelligence for a Better World.' Co-organized by XCMG, the competition invites innovators to develop intelligent and green technologies for construction machinery. It features three tracks: Professional Contest, Customer Co-Creation, and Open Challenge, with specific technical challenges including autonomous excavation, multi-sensor fusion in high-dust environments, and battery state-of-health assessment. Hosted by the Torch High Technology Industry Development Center of the China — Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Industry and Information Technology Department of China — Jiangsu, the China — Jiangsu Education Department, the China — Xuzhou Municipal People's Government, the China Machinery Industry Federation, and the China Construction Machinery Association, the competition provides support in commercialization, capital, talent, and incubation. Registration is open until September 15, with submissions due by September 25.
