Queue-it, a Copenhagen-based provider of online traffic orchestration solutions, announced a definitive agreement for a majority investment from Thomas H. Lee Partners, a private equity firm. The transaction, made through THL's Automation Fund II, will support product innovation and global expansion. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals. GROW Investment Group, the selling shareholder, will exit its stake. Queue-it's CEO Jesper Essendrop will continue to lead the company. THL plans to preserve Queue-it's culture and identity while providing resources for growth. The investment reflects THL's focus on IT Operations & Data and the growing need for intelligent traffic orchestration driven by AI and increasing online traffic.
