Bitget, the world's largest Universal Exchange (UEX), launched its Fixed Coupon Note (FCN) Plan on August 18, 2026. This structured product, common in traditional finance, is now available for tokenized US stocks. Users can subscribe with USDT and earn a predefined USDT coupon during the holding period. Bitget is the first crypto exchange to combine FCN with USDT settlement and US stock rToken delivery. At launch, the product is linked to popular US stock rTokens including SNDK, MRVL, SKHY, NVDA, and MU. The FCN allows users to set a strike price and earn a coupon while waiting, providing an alternative to limit orders. If the observation price at maturity is at or above the strike price, the user receives the USDT principal plus the coupon; if below, the principal is converted into the linked rToken at the strike price, with the coupon paid in USDT. FCN is a non-principal-protected product, exposing users to underlying asset price movements if settlement occurs in rTokens. Bitget will run a limited-time FCN campaign from August 17 to September 18, 2026, with rewards for eligible subscribers. This launch expands Bitget's rToken ecosystem and its Universal Exchange strategy, integrating crypto and traditional financial assets.
